It was finally sorted after five hours and 37 minutes on the phone but not without further farce.
There was an additional 30 minutes wait after arriving No.1 in the queue, and then a further hour because the girl on the other end of the phone was fucking clueless, not being able to facilitate or explain why my two season tickets would not afford me four tickets sat together in the family stand?
She put me back on hold three further times to speak with a supervisor, and eventually had to settle for them getting three tickets on my season card and another on my wife's.
Even then, she cocked up and during the two transactions we have now had to settle for sitting on different rows.
An absolute shambles and will be contacting them at the end of the week, no way should anybody be charged £10 booking fees when they are responsible for the site not being up to scratch in the first place.
