Tickets home - Real Madrid - Sold out

No money from my account for me and my son so was taking no chances when I finally got through online my seats was gone and niw ended up moving.

Where do you normally sit and where have you been moved to for this one.

It's not a joke, what difference is it to you? It's gives season ticket holders more chance to get their ticket after today's shit show. Its exactly how it should of been planned out in the first place. Seasoncards for two days, then after that cityzen etc.
 
I'm in that block and I've paid £40 (ST £5 discount), £45 and £50 for 3 seats together.

I don't understand either.

I've just sent message to club asking for explanation as I've tried to call and incredibly after all the problems today they've closed the office!
 
They were advertising on their leaflet for the PSG game that anyone who bought tickets for that would get priority for any semi final. Did that happen or have they just binned it off?

I saw that they were available from the 20th and you could get 4 tickets. Absolutely no chance there will be that many left IMO.

I left the ticket office at 4:20pm and there was more when I got there and I queued for and hour and a half.

i dont care about how long s/c holders get for tickets, thats not issue, issue is they should have sorted this from start, update cityzens so we can leave site alone while s/c holders get theirs.
 
It was finally sorted after five hours and 37 minutes on the phone but not without further farce.

There was an additional 30 minutes wait after arriving No.1 in the queue, and then a further hour because the girl on the other end of the phone was fucking clueless, not being able to facilitate or explain why my two season tickets would not afford me four tickets sat together in the family stand?

She put me back on hold three further times to speak with a supervisor, and eventually had to settle for them getting three tickets on my season card and another on my wife's.

Even then, she cocked up and during the two transactions we have now had to settle for sitting on different rows.

An absolute shambles and will be contacting them at the end of the week, no way should anybody be charged £10 booking fees when they are responsible for the site not being up to scratch in the first place.

City should be wearing a mask, robbing bastards.
