It really irks me when people have a go for not being in the cup scheme. I was in all 3 till this year but due to redundancy decided not to join as I was unsure where money was coming from.

The whole queueing issue today is nothing at all to do with being in the cup scheme or not it's down to nothing more than shit ticket management by the club.

Poor ticket office management, poor technical support, poor website, poor organisation. The club need to sort it out and quick.

Quite a few on here made a big deal of resigning from the Champs League scheme before the PSG game. Each to their own. That said, they are strangely silent tonight!

Yes more than a few people did resign from the cup scheme before the PSG game and it is no coincidence that the price of a ticket
for the semi final against one of the biggest football clubs in the world is cheaper than a quarter final ticket against PSG.
You need to thank those who did resign from the cup scheme for the cheap tickets you have purchased today and not scoff at them.

Agrees again. :-) I got confirmation of my seat yesterday, I makes it so much easier. ;-)

I am in it so this isn't an issue for me but I've managed two of the five games this season due to work and being away last week. Each game I've attended has cost £90 effectively. One of them was Kiev! What would you say to those who can't make the games as easy?

There is some level of apathy though I would agree with that. I have the same apathy in the league cup. Didn't stop me attending the semi or the final though so I can't call anyone for doing the same in another competition.

But not everyone was that bloody-minded. I for one would have signed up if wasn't working away.

Totally disagree. FACT - fans haven't bought tickets for cup games so far. The name The Emptihad is not fair but we can't deny that for most cup games, lots of fans don't turn up. we get to a semi final and everyone wants a ticket and then blames the club for not anticipating this..... cynicism....... its all in your mind.

To let season ticket holders buy 2 tickets for this game was not stupid it was done deliberately to create a scramble as you say, I love City but there are people at the club making decisions like this who have no idea or understanding of the club or fans, theyre a disgrace & the fact they're may be fans who've been to every Champions league game & now can't go to the big one just because City want to sell out quickly is disgusting & shows everyone what these vile people think of us

Calling people 'glory hunters' because they haven't got the money, time off work etc is, quite frankly, ridiculous bordering on insulting
