We're not the only club who aren't filling all their seats. Have a look at the empty seats at the Rangers/Dundee United cup game at the moment; Ibrox makes the Etihad last night look jam-packed in comparison. I was staggered when I saw it as Rangers are known for having fanatical supprt.

As usual, people have ignored the OP's question and jumped on the attendance argument.

OP if you ignore the posts from people arguing/justifying the empty seats you will have your answer,.

Season Cards are automatically included as attendance figure on match day and then any seats sold on open sale, so whether people turn up or not they are included as attendance. As someone else mentioned it looks like this could be to do with tax, the fact that the club have the money whether people turn up or not.
As far as last night goes another home sell out but Fulham failed to sell out their allocation.

Yeah tickets sold, but can't believe people were leaving early when we were 3-0 up ;)

i sit in east stand 1 and when i went for a beer at halftime, some fans was going out of the ground

So you've bought a ticket but KO is 1730 it's snowing like a bastard the roads are treachorous and it's going to be hell getting in and getting home and it's free on ESPN I can see why there are empty seats, has it been a sunny summers night different story. I still love the crowd singing "It's fucking freezing I want to go home" :)

Exactly,I live in Mossley and had to make a late decision not to come and i'm a seasoncard holder.Glad I did its upto about a foot here and still going.

I know what you were asking for but cant help wandering if the thread title was correct? It is such a hot topic on here that people automatically think you are having a go at match day attendance. Maybe a different thread title would have helped. Not having a go at you by the way, just an observation.

It's like groundhog day on here. We have one of these threads every couple of weeks. At least they seem to have replaced the "why isn't x match sold out yet?"
