Time for the owners to repay the fans

Chelseas were expensive before the new owners, most London clubs charge that much for cat A matches, however Chelsea only have one Cat. Arsenal and Fulham charge the 'big clubs' £48 and £45 for not the best seats, I fear we will get the same treatment next year.
