Time to stand up and be counted…..

I remember York away.
I remember Halifax FA cup.
I remember Stockport.

This is nothing.
Lincoln
Wycombe x 2
York.

The beer was great.

BTW....I'm thinking of creating a breakaway community club using MCC tax payers money.

FC City of Manchester has a great ring to it and will sell 1000s of shirts in Bangalore and Kathmandu.

We can play in Moss Side.

I'm looking for someone with extensive experience in corporate hostility to run the 'Dugout Club' and rattle a few buckets pre match.

C'mon, let's be 'avin youse.

We did but this is a diff team and we had sone real quality and hungry players whereas this season we have players who have given their all for us over 7 seasons and now are shot . Can’t win the title every year and this is one step too far for us don’t care what anyone says this court case and the money involved has had an impact on transfers and also rightly or wrongly we show too much loyalty to aging players .
Loss of Rodders.
Disappearance of Phil.
Unexpected injuries x12.
Dramatic loss of form.
Drop in confidence

A perfect storm.

Circle the wagons, no blame, no recriminations, no raggishness.

We're City and we're from Manchester !!

Who ??

Names & reasons ?

I don't thin kit's anyone in particular, we just seem to have slipped into a malaise, many second halves ofngame we seem to be going through the motions

and leta be clear ll 5 of these defeats we have done enough to win chances wise, but out shot to conversion ratio is way off, and our pressuring teams off the ball substantially softer than previous season.

It is easy to point at Rico or Gundo as not being effective defensively in the middle or saying Phil is off form, Savio not getting goals or Walker is shot, tgese things are connsitenly postdd on here by many, but Personally with Dias, Rodri and Kev out what we have mainly lost is voices on the pitch.

Look at how many times you see them three geeing the teams up giving pep talks or demanding better whilst in play, we have leaders on the pitch still in gundo and walker but also a few who's shoulders dropped a the 3rd.

As I say its a malaise, happens to every team and yesrerday most regulars were laughing and joking about not being used to it anymore and having missed us arsing about much to the bemusement of the tourist taking it seriouly

If only we'd moved the away fans to East Stand level one. We could have avoided this.

Last nights latest worrying City shambles, this time on 'our own patch' , was as embarrassing as almost any defeat that United suffered under Ten Hag .... from the 12th minute onwards we looked atrocious as Spurs confidence and purpose grew by the minute, and their positive football almost completely took over what was left of the game .... really poor passing, rank bad defending, no cohesion or fluency, no City player is playing well, unless Haaland scores nobody does, and I really can't see what Pep is gonna do to turn this alarming slump around at the minute ...... unless we astound everybody and manage to pull off a minor miracle, surely another confidence sapping loss, this time at Anfield, will shortly be on the cards.

I would have really liked to have added something really positive about City in last night's confidence draining annihilation, but unfortunately, other than for a bit of fight from City in the opening 12 minutes of the game, I've been unable to think of anything!!

I wouldn’t worry about it

I wouldn’t worry about it

I really hope Pep can somehow pull this around, and what could possibly be better to rebuild confidence than a good performance and a win at Anfield next week???

Right now you can only imagine the solemn and dejected mood that must be in abundance at our daily training sessions ....
