Tino Livramento

No it isn’t. If fabrizo is reporting interest then you know it is factual. Romano isn’t exactly reading bluemoon to get his scoops is he?

If he new the fee Newcastle was asking he would be posting it he doesn't know

Rather do a separate transaction which is psr friendly

We give them £85 mil they give us £40 mil. Would be mutually beneficial
That would be perfect if only they’d take Grealish as well for £45mill

To be fair, they're in the Champions League, have just ended their silverware drought and have no real PSR reason to sell anyone.

They can keep whoever they want and ask for how ever much they want.
They lack squad depth to progress in all competitions across a whole season. They need more bodies and we have a few players they would be interested in. I see them reluctantly agree to sell at circa £80mill

This lad is going with England U21s to the Euros, so it's going to be a long drawn out process if we are to sign him, I'd imagine

If Newcastle hadn’t got into the CL, they probably would have sold him to City. PRS. They don’t have to now.

And tbh, he probably wants to stay at Newcastle. He loves the club, and the fans.

With the way Viana has moved so far in the window, he isn't going to bung upwards of £80m on Livramento.

I also don't buy this notion that because we got Cherki and Ait Nouri cheap we can afford to spend more on Livramento.

I get the feeling Viana won't pay a penny more for a player of which he values him at.

Wonder what they want? £70m-£80m?

They did pay £40m a couple of years ago.

They're also interested in Grealish on loan, could be something worked out there.

I like Livramento, but seems highly unlikely we get this deal done given their demands. Am sure Viana has other right-back targets that we will move for instead.

Yeah I can't see us getting to a value we'd agree on, maybe the savings elsewhere and the homegrown element might see us go higher, probably not high enough though.

Great player too and I feel like Newcastle would sell 1 player for a lot of money this summer to allow them to go mental in the market.

I think there's interest from our side, but I'd imagine it would probably take him forcing a move since Newcastle made the CL? They don't need to sell and I certainly understand why
