Still very handsome for my age mate, I think my cricket comeback may be over before its really stated though. Put 3 gentle overs down last week and thought I may have cracked it. Like bowling in the Central Lancashire League back in the day as I did. Another 3 yesterday and Im fucked. Hurting in parts of the inner upper thigh that I didn't know I had. So sore I thought about asking @drone to come help me out but Im a bit scared he may get over excited at my beer garden tan and end up wanking me off

I have 2 aircon options.

I have those as well but one of them is very loud. Maybe if the wife was located outside with the aircon I would sleep better.

Never open your window in hot weather, all you do is let hot air in and warm the place up.

Terrace houses are great as they stay cool if you don't let the hot air in and keep your blinds closed, though they are freezing in the winter.
