I think its Mancini being quite clever. Subconsciously, the opposition think they are up against a team that is fatigued and they go into the game with the attitude that it will be a walk over, their concentration and anticipated stamina needs will be lacking.

Well the last 3 home games we've looked lethargic and dull. I just think it's a strange way to motivate the team!

You just think the players look tired because we're being told they're tired rather than because they're actually tired. As I thought, it's just a random unsubstantiated opinion.

Look, that was the sixth game in 17 days - with injuries preventing us from rotating much, the players are quite obviously going to be tired.

Some of you are giving him shit for the lethargic performances. He's well aware that we're not playing to our full potential, so he's explaining to you the fans just why this is happening.

It does get on my nerves the tired card that has been used this season. We have a big squad and we should of used it to our advantage this season. In the games like todays against Reading. I was expecting to see more players rested today with the Kiev game on Thursday. Does anyone know whats going on with M Johnson I would of expected him to make the bench today if he was fit.
