Title Race 2020/21

I think if we're still top after the Arsenal game (or within 3 points with our game in hand) then we'd be in an extremely strong position. Tottenham and Liverpool are the only two games left that concern me at all.
Don't want to tempt fate, but I think this day - well actually yesterday, as it has just gone midnight - will be a key day in season 2020-21, (which has been a very weird one). We were top in the morning, we will still be top tomorrow morning and I think we will be top from now till the end.

The three teams currently in 2nd, 3rd and 4th have all played 1 more match. Liverpool (whom I feared most at the start) & who have played the same number as us are 7 pts back. With the really solid defence we now have, that is a cushion.

Yeah I'm extremely optimistic right now. I even think we could go to Anfield and win next weekend, that's how crazy I'm getting.

It's the end of Jan, a lot of football to be played and we're about to face our hardest run.

Players have to deliver an 18/19 second half of the season to make up for the poor start.

And we have to follow up on Chelsea away and Rags in the Semi and win the big, 6 point games, starting at Anfield for once. Our mentality and result in that game will tell us a lot about whether we're serious this season or going to shit ourselves. We don't have the cushion of our usual fast starts in title winning seasons this time.

Again, I don't want to get ahead of myself (I loved Peps interview after the W.B.A. game where he gave the whole - we take it one match at a time thing, but I really believe him). But dare I say it, the KDB injury might turn out to be a positive. He gets a 4-6 week break from football matches (whilst he gets well) and then hopefully, he will be there to push us through in omg dare I dream.... the Champs League as well as the domestic silverware?

As long as we win all the games in his absence and he doesn't get reinjured, then yeah it's a positive.

Yep.
We’ve been on a fantastic run but if we can extend that by another 7 games (huge ask) then the title is ours.
