Title Race 2020/21

Straight after last night's rag game, oddschecker had us 2/7 best price.
The bookies rarely get it wrong (apart from "past the post Fred")
Crosses fingers

So true, a real mad season but very very exciting.
It is also good from a reality check (dickhead check) as makes people tone down all the bullshit and bluster.
Havent been on for the last couple of weeks due to work being mad, but how the table has changed in that time. With other teams games in hand its very possible we will be 7th or 8th by this time next week.
City overall quality shining through, KDB out but others stepping up. Never really thought that much of Gundogan but he is certainly doing the business and is doing what Pep wants.
.....And got up this morning without having seen any results last night and just smiled when i saw what Sheffield did. Juts hope I will be smiling later tonight
Agreed mate, can turn on a sixpence, but at the very very worst, we'll get top 4.

Shirt & stadium deals up for renewal, Pep tied down to a new deal, possible stadium expansion & a very good set of players. We just need another striker and a good run in the CL and we're in such a rosy position.

Gundogan has always been quality but has gone under the radar due to players like KDB and David Silva but hes really shining now. He would walk into any other premier league side midfield

I like it, but would prefer the table to read 4 games left, city 13 points ahead ;)
The other point to make is look at our main competitors on the form tables (both)

Liverpool 11th in both
Spuds 9th and 8th
Leicester 6th and 5th
Man U 5th and 3rd

One of them is going to have to go on some run if they are to win it and there is no evidence of that over the last 6 to 8 games.

In terms of the dippers, tonight's game is huge. So we will either see them step it up and win convincingly or.......

maureen to put on a defensive show and nick the win = Causing klopp to hold a candle-lit supper for miseryside

all the new sponsorship deals will be covid-19 hit ? and good for the firms and not really clubs. city will have to take lower deals in mind of how football has been hit. i can see short term deals to wait and see over the next 3 years

back to the title race

big game tonight in spurs at home to liverpool and nobody can really afford lose and a draw would suit city
jose will be playing mind games before kick off but will be parking the bus that's for sure and hit liverpool on the break ? but am going for liverpool tonight they will need a reaction after losing in the cup to scum number 1

True about COVID but we're comparing a deal from 10 years ago. I think inflation and Covid will balance each other out. When we got the deal, we hadn't reached the Champions League. Since then, we've never not qualified. We're a safe bet and we've added close to 10 teams to the CFG. The exposure is massive.

Aye, a horrible gritty 0-0 would be ideal.

the major sponsorship will depend on champions league football and premier league tv. so maybe covid-19 will only reduce it by a small margins because a lot of its based on tv fans and not fans turning up to games. but the major firms sponsoring football will be affected heavily by covid-19 and etihad will be one of the big companies that will be hit hard and will find it hard going for another 10 years as major sponsors of city

yes the game tonight looks nailed on as a draw ? but can liverpool keep a clean sheet with there defence at the moment and spurs very good on the break ? maybe a high scoring draw like 3.3 or somebody score a late winner in a 4.3 ? would be worth a punts on the 4.3 £1 on both winning 4.3 would net you around £60
