My dad passed away almost 3 years ago.

He would of been fuming with the first half performance but made up with the result.

Thanks dad for making me support City. For the first 35 years I had some serious doubts, but the last decade proved you were right as always.

My dad was a proud rag all his life but also a great dad and incredibly supportive of me being a City fan. He would take me to Maine Road back in the 90’s when we were really struggling and he’d try to keep my spirits up. He would’ve hated last Saturday but LOVED tonight because it made me happy :)

To my Mam who was the sole reason I became a blue because she was the only City fan in a large family of Salford reds including my siblings.

I supported City to be on her side so she was not alone when they took the piss.
