To those handful of Morons! Read!

You're actions last night weren't just noticed by our own fans but noticed around the world. Congrats for the hand signals and abuse aimed towards Mancini.

Do you think you're actions are going to help?

Let me answer that question. Our owner has put millions into this club and is becoming increasingly impatient by the way some of our fans are reacting. In my words, like spoilt brats. Mansour has no ties to us, he can leave this club at anytime.

Im not going to go into this much more, but believe me you've been warned.

Dont bite the hand that feeds you!

We need to not only out the 5th columnists but also get rid of (or shame) them!

This thread is ludicrous, ironic and hypocritical in equal measures.

There was no-one more critical or vitriolic in slating Hughes after every minor setback and calling for his head at every opportunity than Ricster.

Now all of a sudden Mancini is a protected species and fans voicing their displeasure are going to bring the Club down.

Well if thats the case then the supposed hard-nosed, pragmatic business people that control our club must be very thin-skinned sensitive souls and not tough enough to survive in the competitive world of football anyway.

Sorry LN, but i posted this in faith. As i've just said to Tolmie i got this info a few weeks back and after reading on here this morning all the moaning for me it was cat out the bag time, and a stark realisation of what might happen.

Be fair to me also, when Hughes got it right i was one of the first to say so. I call a spade a spade, thats all.

I can see why our owners would be thinking twice about their investment with regards to the fan base.

What have the Romans done for us, so to speak

Roman Catholic Church......

l didn't stay in the ground till the bitter end last night so l did not see any of the personal abuse.

Maybe out of a sense of frustration in the heat of the moment some of our fans overreacted, it happens at football, always has, always will.

However, it is up to the players and the manager to win over supporters and get them on their side via performances on the pitch and that isn't happening.

Mancini seems a very likeable genuine bloke and l wish him well. l simply don't think he can cope in the Premier League.

l take no pleasure in saying this, but l saw it all coming a mile off.

Things are improving though. First half last night we could have been 3 up. A bit of luck is all we need. Must admit, under Hughes things were more exciting, but i'd prefer dull football and points over excitement.

I just posted this in another thread, but it was referring to this thread also, so it belongs here too! Much of it is merely echoing what Lucas North has stated above:

"Everyone shut up or else the lovely Sheik will take his ball & go home"! Erm, if the multi-billionaire owner of our beloved club bases his investment decisions on the overly impassioned reactions of a few pissed up nob heads on the terraces, & the innane ramblings of a load of internet tosspots with nowt better to do (I include myself in the later description), then I truly fear for his worldwide business empire!

And if the price of investment in the club, is that its become such a dictatorship that the fans are no longer allowed to vent their frustrations in such harmless ways as making childish hand signals, or arguing with each other on the internet, then I'm not sure that its a price worth paying.

I'm not saying I agree with the opinion of those who gave Mancini a hard time last night (entirely the opposite in fact, I totally disagree with them), but fuck me, I'm not so frightened of the fact that they disagree with me that I would argue that they shouldn't be allowed to do it!

Some people need to grow up & accept that not everyone is gonna agree with them, & its not compulsary to like every other city fan!

I think we need to get behind the team, and Mancini, and make sure we get 4th in the Prem. Whatever team is put out come on city fans show the players that we care - even if they don't. The club need us now, and then lets wait and see what happens in the summer. We are building slowly, Rome wasn't built in a day, and we have come a long way in a short space of time.

Keep the faith!!

Ricster - the words you speak i equal to what comes out my rear.

I was telling people last October that Hughes wouldnt make the January transfer window, it was hardly rocket science was it !!!

As for the tripe you have come out with about biting the hand that feeds you ! as a paying loyal fans they can make any hand gestures they want when we play over defensive crap football AGAIN managed by a pillock. I doubt very much that it bothered Mancini and i am 100% sure that sheik mansour will drop his 300 million investment because of it.

What other magical predictions have you been told???

Lol. Go look at the list. Also, if you want to talk info, i also said during the summer on mancityblues.com about Barry, Eto'o and Tevez. Not that i need to explain myself.

Ricster i've finally worked it out, you are sheikh mansour in disguise. I knew it !!!

Give Mancini a chance. He picked his strongest team available.
How many times did a player run the ball out of touch for no apparent reason? hao many times did we see a player kick the ball into touch via a bad pass? With players failing to get the basics right, is it right to vilify the Manager?

I thought we did well the first 35 minutes and should have been 2 up (how different would that have made the game?). Again, because glorious chances were wasted, is it right to blame the Manager?

34 trophy-less years with 24 different managers in 31 years ... doesn't that paint a graphic picture underlining the failings of this club?

Is Mancini the right man for the Job? Who knows? too little time to judge.
For crying out aloud, lets not get that revolving door going again, otherwise we may need to wait another 34 years before winning a pot!

Well said Vonksbignose. Couldnt agree more.

If the owners pulled out merely due to us having a 'bolshy' element amongst us then they'd be better off looking at other sports. Because every single football club in the entire world has mouthy fans who dont think twice before venting their collective spleens if they are unhappy.
If they left it would be truly horrible. But if they stayed - under the proviso that we remain on our best behaviour - then we'd be the absolute laughing stock of the entire footballing world. 'The fans who arent allowed to complain or else their sugar-daddy will leave them'

I am having a 'mare here btw. Four times I've had to edit this. :(
