I didn't care that the pitch was invaded is it really that big of an issue?
Great input, as with your other posts. I think you struggle to get beyond the first couple of sentences. I think you need to look up how to spell your favourite word.Give it a rest. Is there anything you don't fuckin moan about?
So those of us who are trying not to inconvenience people further back by having seats on the front row because we can't stand don't matter? I deliberately sit on the front row and when I go to away matches ask for a front row seat so that it doesn't matter who stands behind me.............. but hey let's not bother as long as you're getting to stand, next thing you'll be saying us oldies aren't allowed at the matches!!!
I've not sat down at a city game home or away for years so it doesn't make a difference to me. Not really sure in the relevance of your response, my point was if stewards are blocking the view of those at the front then they can stand to see and nobody can complain. As seen at that shit hole last night everyone was stood up and it was loud (even if they only have two songs). If you sit at the front and your view is blocked but you stay seated that is your problem.
I have never said it wasn't my problem, however I am getting on a bit now and I cannot stand for long through health issues............... so if I sit at the front and my view is blocked I am effectively NOT ABLE TO STAND!!! Plus, I am paying for a ticket (season card) and not getting the service I have paid for i.e. to watch a football match!!!I've not sat down at a city game home or away for years so it doesn't make a difference to me. Ha ha very funny. That made me laugh out loud.muffin?
Sorry to hear about your problems.
A single NS (safe standing) will make a huge difference. It would accommodate City fans who want to stand, and allow City fans to sit in the other 3 stands.
That aside, stewards will always stand in-front of fans when there is a trophy presentation, promotion, etc. More so at football matches. It's a cultural thing.
Regardless if people like it or not, it's in a football fans DNA and up bringing to invade the pitch when promotion is gained or a trophy is won. Just look back at all the pitch invasions over the years.
That will carry on long after we're all gone. City's future generations have just been part of a pitch invasion, and experienced that feeling. A feeling they will never forget.
