Tragic story no matter how it’s told but at least “stand your ground” laws did not stop this woman from being convicted.

Whatever your take on the US constitution and whether citizens should have the right to bear arms, how the fuck can you be free to leave a loaded gun in car or seemingly anywhere else and not be held responsible if that gun then causes death or injury??
