The state also has no laws requiring unattended firearms to be stored in certain ways.
Whatever your take on the US constitution and whether citizens should have the right to bear arms, how the fuck can you be free to leave a loaded gun in car or seemingly anywhere else and not be held responsible if that gun then causes death or injury??
