For the sake of fairness to our American members, should we have a nnife crime thread for the UK to balance things out ?

I am no expert but I am thinking that the number of deaths in the UK from Knife crime in the UK is lower than 40k. Also if the number of times guns were used in the US in non fatal events 40k is gonna be a low estimate given that in 2017 39,773 people were killed by guns in the US the year before - add to that the non-fatal one's

Yeah but there are about 350 million people in the USA.
Anyways America has a big gun problem but the UK has a big knife problem.
