I've just watched the mountain biking - more like 'mountaineering biking. One guy went over a fuckin' great rock and he parted company with his bike and had summat like a fifteen feet fall. Luckily that heavy-lookin' bike didn't land on top of him. Gimme the canal towpath any day.We're doing great, just watching Adam Peaty get another gold.

Just about to post the same about Lutalo Muhammad, he's a brilliant pundit. A Breath of fresh air listening to him compared to some of the dross served up by VT and other pundits.Looking forward to this Taekwondo final in 5mins, Lauren Williams has been excellent today, already beat the Bronze medalist from Rio.

I agree. When one person is clearly better than the other, it's fine, but when it's pretty even, you might as well toss a coin.Can’t say I enjoy the taekwondo. It’s such fine margins it looks ridiculous.
