Toni Kroos

I'd say there are maybe 25/30 reasons why.... The Big clubs get this done at true market value, Pogs probably a 60/65m player currently, city however are still seen as soft touches, we will have to break the world record to get him, that's what is being quoted. As a club we can't be paying 25/30m over the odds, however much we want him... Personally I'd pay it but I'm not the man who makes them decisions, there's a reason for that (:

I've told you this many a time, mino is a motherfucker and whilst city continue to show an interest he'll rinse every last drop...

The price quoted to city isn't necessarily the price to every one else.... Unfortunately!!

I said big clubs (:

But think of what he could become he may not be a 100 million player now but down the line a few years a deffo think he will be worth it

Mate, I agree totally but we are hardly backwards in coming forwards with paying the going rate... Pogbas price is way above market value (imo), and we won't be bent over just for potential marketing purposes, if that was the case they would of payed the 160m they were quoted for messi....

Messi never wanted to leave Barcelona in fact he always wanted to stay I think the Pogba scenario is different I think he looking for a new challenge

If Yaya is keen on a move to Inter, as has been suggested, I wonder if there is any possibility he could be involved in a deal for Pogba? City would still be paying a huge fee to Juve for Pogba, on top of which Juve would also be getting a brilliant player whose career may be prologned in Serie A.

City may have moved away from marquee Robinho style signings, but I agree with an earlier post that eventually we do need a player that will take us on to the next level. Real have Ronaldo and Bale, Barca have Messi and Suarez. At some point we need a player of that ilk to challenge regularly for the Champs League. If Pogba will move in this transfer window I am sure City will do everything they can to get him... whether it works out or not, who knows.

Yeah you see that just makes me even more convinced it's just never happening. City/Pep aren't going to waste time on a waster who's quoting different prices depending on what country the club is based in. Thankfully it seems like he's going to use the rags to flush out an offer from Spain.

Aguero ?

Kroos is slow and will be in effective the EPL, Pogba will be awesome.
If it hasn't stopped him winning a world cup and champions league I imagine it won't be too big a handicap in matching the league winning performance of Danny Drinkwater.

You can run about a lot, or you can control the possession in the first place. I'm imagining pep is after the latter.

Agree we shouldn't have to pay above market value and will have to work to get past that.
