I still think they will go out this summer and just plough through their transfer targets offering whatever is needed to get the players in.
They know one more season outside the top 4 cannot happen so I expect them to get not all, but most of their targets.

Kroos is viciously overrated and more importantly his footballing characteristics mean buying him alone will do United no good. They need at least one if not two midfield players to play alongside him to get the best out of him. Either way he isn't a patch on Fernandinho.
