Serious question here and it's a reversal of the roles whereby a woman is too drunk/comatose to consent. If a bloke crashes out pissed and is asleep on his back but has a stork on and a woman decides to ride him can she be done for rape given that she initiated the penetration?

I am not sure how many men are comatose with an erection but the answer is yes women can be done for rape. There was the (in)famous case where a bloke complained about being raped. Joyce McKinney held a Mormon prisoner for 3 days and 'made' him shag her.

Been a lot about this in the papers due to the Ched Evans case. Just had a pub discussion on it.
How many men have woke up in the morning with a women next to them who they wouldn't have gone home with if they weren't drunk?

Can we say for sure that a sleeping drunken bloke cannot possibly get an erection while he's unconscious? A sober man can certainly get a hard-on while he's asleep so in theory a woman can initiate intercourse without the man knowing anything about it. In any case, that was just a hypothetical scenario and the overall question I was asking is whether a woman can be charged with rape due to the man not consenting.
