You can be engaged in foreplay for as long as you want, tongues fingers everything BUT if your todger goes near her and she changes her mind and says no you have to stop or it is rape. I am 90% sure there is a stated case (one that has gone through appeal etc) where they were engaged in full penetrative sex, she changed her mind half way through and told him to stop, he carried on as he was in full flow and he was convicted or rape.
No means NO.
Blokes on here seem to have a problem with a girl having a drink and how do they know what she really means, I don't understand that, If you are not sure you don't do it.
I will just add to that, if she thinks she is consenting to vaginal sex and you stick it up her bum thinking it is fun you will get done for rape.
Fuck me you would have to be an idiot to not understand what rape was. The issue I raised was that Ammy used the term Full consent. I could not for the life of me work out what that could mean in the case of sexual assault as it seems to only apply to the act of full sex and therefore where rape comes into it.
Basically I think there is either consent or no consent. I think the use of the phrase full consent only serves to confuse the matter as you can't half consent to anything.
How do you know what a girl really means? That should not even be a question that needs discussion.
Apologies I misunderstood what you were saying and you are right, it is either consent or not, there is no such thing as full consent.
