Too Drunk to Consent

I've been that fucking nastily fucking wasted drunk with a very over weight smelly fucking thing licking my cock and waking me up ..... can I press charges?

It depends if you're married to her or not! ;)

If you'd woken to discover a man had done you up the arse, I imagine you would consider pressing charges (or not, I don't know what you get up to at the weekend)
Say if some fat chick starts sucking your balls and you couldnt really be arsed because she is fucking ugly without your permission..... is that rape?

No, that's sexual assault. You can report it.

Yes, some girls cry rape, for a number of reasons. This should never distract from the fact that a huge number of women are sexually violated, without their full consent, every day.
They have to deal with that.
They are not lying.
It actually happened.
But because so many people choose to focus on the very few 'cry wolf' accusations, the real crimes go unpunished - and as a result, huge amounts go unreported.

Totally agree and apologise for the Ched links in my last few points. It is interesting that you use the term "Full consent" that to my mind opens up an even greater minefield when it comes to sexual assault and rape. I can see it from the point of view in rape where the female might agree to some heavy foreplay but refuses full sex but can you give me an example where sexual assault could occur when you have given some consent to sexual contact?

Again apologies if I am totally missing the point but red wine and bifta often get me in a thinking mood.

Let me put it simply but crudely. You can be engaged in foreplay for as long as you want, tongues fingers everything BUT if your todger goes near her and she changes her mind and says no you have to stop or it is rape. I am 90% sure there is a stated case (one that has gone through appeal etc) where they were engaged in full penetrative sex, she changed her mind half way through and told him to stop, he carried on as he was in full flow and he was convicted or rape.
No means NO.
Blokes on here seem to have a problem with a girl having a drink and how do they know what she really means, I don't understand that, If you are not sure you don't do it.

I will just add to that, if she thinks she is consenting to vaginal sex and you stick it up her bum thinking it is fun you will get done for rape.

How long can you still report stuff like this though? It was over ten years ago and the girl who raped me would not stop sucking my cock. It was terrible, she was fatter than that girl off Emmerdale.

Not sure what the Statute of Limitation is on sexual assault. You might have to contact a solicitor.

Fuck me you would have to be an idiot to not understand what rape was. The issue I raised was that Ammy used the term Full consent. I could not for the life of me work out what that could mean in the case of sexual assault as it seems to only apply to the act of full sex and therefore where rape comes into it.

Basically I think there is either consent or no consent. I think the use of the phrase full consent only serves to confuse the matter as you can't half consent to anything.

How do you know what a girl really means? That should not even be a question that needs discussion.

Apologies I misunderstood what you were saying and you are right, it is either consent or not, there is no such thing as full consent.

Depends whether you were raped by a DJ or just an ordinary person.
