Totally agree and apologise for the Ched links in my last few points. It is interesting that you use the term "Full consent" that to my mind opens up an even greater minefield when it comes to sexual assault and rape. I could not for the life of me work out what that could mean in the case of sexual assault as it seems to only apply to the act of full sex and therefore where rape comes into it.
Basically I think there is either consent or no consent. I think the use of the phrase full consent only serves to confuse the matter as you can't half consent to anything.
