Way too soon. Having said that this season's top 4 will almost certainly remain the top 4, just the order is very hard to predict this early on.

same top 4 as this year, even if they don't sign anyone Chelsea will be even stronger next year and very hard to beat so i do make them strong favourites, Jose just knows how to get a result better than the other 3 managers

With the current manager and the tactics he employed for most of this season we'll struggle to win it imo. However if we buy correctly and purchase three players that will go straight into the starting 11 and happen two excellent squad players to replace Sinclair and Milner, then there's no reason why we can't win it.

So with that optomistic head on, thinking that we'll have a great summer in the transfer window then my top 4 would be:

1 City
2 Chelsea
3 Arsenal
4 Rags
 
Even before transfers I reckon the top 4, and probably top 2, will remain the same. Liverpool and Spurs don't have a prayer of getting in.
