Top City Goal Celebrations

We've done this a hundred times over, but once more unto the breach......cos it's enjoyable......and in order of the madness of the celebration:

1. Dickov vs Gillingham
2. Ya Ya vs Stoke (Wembley)
3. Lakey vs Blackpool away in the Cup
4. Steffen Karl vs Southampton away
5. Morley vs the rags (no.2 straight after Oldfield's opener)
6. Sergio vs QPR
7. Nasri vs Sunderland (Wembley)
8. Anelka vs the rags
9. David Phillips vs Charlton (the opener)
10. Brightwell at the Swamp
11. Micah at Villa Park
12. Kompers vs the rags

Always loved the uwe rosler down on one knee get in there celebration but special mention to Benjani giving it husband trademark celebration in front of all those miserable rag bastards.

Watching weaver leg it round Wembley was the highlight of my youth and always remember kinky jumping in the crowd after a late winner against the villa at Maine road
It wasn't Kinky, it was Benarbia who had come on as sub and made a goal for (I think MV Foe) then scored himself with a diving header. Boxing Day, I believe.

Spanish Dave at LoftusrRd in 11/12, if only for the iconic pic of his clenched fist celebration with the floodlight pylon in the background...

My screensaver......

I don't remember his name mate. I may of had a few drinks. He has just moved there from Milwaukee.
Could the bar be called Banshee?
There’s a bar in Dorchester by that name, but it’s generally accepted as a Chelsea establishment, so I hadn’t realised City supporters were going there now. I usually go to a mate’s home, who is a York away blue, and watch our matches with his sons and a few other fellow mancs currently residing in Boston (not as many here as I would like, but probably more than most would expect). I should take a video or two of our goal celebrations and post them on here!

I may have to go down to that bar tomorrow, though, as I feel like living dangerously. ;-)

We beat Villa 1-0 under Ball. Quinn backheeled it to Kinkladze who did indeed score the winner.

Two different games, then. I remember the Benarbia goal and him leaping into the Platt Lane end because I'd flown 5000 miles to London in terrible weather and driven up to Manchester to get to Maine Rd five minutes before kick- off.

Remember that one too. Dublin might have scored for them ?

Steve Lomas shall we say got a bit 'excited' when he scored in front of the North Stand. Think it was against Blackburn.

Aren't we all ;-)
