we already have 3 proven strikers ( Tevez, Ade , Bellamy) and two with good potential ( Jo and Nimely )

I like your optimism and loyalty mate, but really waiting for Jo to turn good will be a very long wait. Nimely I have no idea, but I would doubt that as well. And Bellamy's best years are behind him with his age and dodgy knees etc.

We desperately need another top class striker. (As well as a creative midfield player and solid defender).

The guy clearly has no ambition, is in his comfort zone and doesn't want to challenge himself. If he came here or went to Chelsea he'd be under pressure to deliver and we all saw how he handled pressure at the world cup. Hopefully this will put an end to the "best in the world" talk now since ambition and desire to win titles must surely factor in to such a claim.

We pulled the plug ages ago and I for one am absolutely made up.

Saved us wasting best part of £50m.

To be fair to some on here who continued to state that he was coming, his people were still prick teasing less than a week ago.
