I can potentially see us adapting how we play tomorrow. Specifically from the goalkeeper.

I’d be inclined to make our game a little more direct and use our pace with Sterling and Sané.

The only modern(ish) precedent was when Middlesbrough didn't play a game against Blackburn as they hardly had anyone fit. Think they just forfeited the game in the end.

Chelsea played a game of beach football a while back in the PL whilst their pitch was getting relayed. Zero chance of it being called off for me.

I agree it won't be called off,pep said on friday we will play on it and it's no excuse whatever the result
 
Fuck me it’s a good job the players aren’t as big a bunch of prima donnas as all the whiners on here. It’s the same for both teams. Our players are better than their players. I’m sure our lads have the mentality that they would win the game whether it was played on snow or marble or mud or whatever.
 
It's always fun seeing City play one of the other "big" teams but at this point it wouldn't surprise me to see City crush them like everybody else. The only time I'm not 100% confident is when they're at Anfield.
 
Apart from down the centre the pitch doesn't look too bad, but there is a hell of a lot of paint they have to remove or disguise.

We play to our strengths down the flanks Walker/Sterling and Mendy/Sane and they will not know what hit them.
