There is a difference now after the Leicester defeat we cant afford to lose any more games. I feel we will win the game we need to its a 6 pointer we don't get back on track asap were fucked for a top 4 place.
If Kompany is fit to start the game he should start the leader of this team. Ottamendi and MDM were clueless so its a toss of a coin for who starts beside him. We wont be as bad at home again this is a kick in the nuts the players will be gutted about yesterday. Players need dropping big time. Reverting to a 4-4-2 is doable. Saying that we need to have a solid centre midfield 2. Spurs will be up for it as were Leicester yesterday. Saying that the goals we conceded 2 from set pieces to Huth is a fucking joke defenders losing there players so its individual mistakes that has cost us yesterday.

We created the chances yesterday but if Kun isn't scoring no one from midfield is now. The pressure is off us and it swings to Leicester and Spurs to go on and win the title. There will be plenty of swings and roundabouts to go before the league is over. A bad injury to either Vardy or Kane and both Spurs and Leicester will struggle badly for goals. I'm still positive we will be in there with a chance of winning the league come the last few games of the season. Just got to get the confidence flowing and the results will come. Kompany is going to be key when he returns we all know how much we have missed him. Our defence will be more stable.

So my result 3-1 to City and our season back up and running.
 
Any chance of Kompany back for this? Straight into the 11 for me if so. Otherwise...

Only 13 players to chose from and i don't think he will leave him out,probably have dhino with him and delph left wing again for some reason
Can't see him risk sagna instead of martin in case zab gets injured.just expect the bumming but celebrate like mad if we win or even get a draw ha

We cannot afford to drop any more points at home simple as.

A draw would most likely put us two points ahead of Manure with 12 games to go.

It's a must win game for us now.

He just said how wonderful Pelle was, a great man manager and that most of them loved playing for him.

And that they're doing everything to win some trophies this season for Pelle and that we play good football

The first part might be true, but as we've witnessed for most of this season now the second part is just total bullshit and just sounds great for the club website etc....

No chance Celina will play. Pellegrini has only just started to trust Kelechi despite him showing ability from the early part of the season.

The side will have Toure in it. It's almost a given with Silva out.

I reckon he is just giving spin on all fronts.

I don't reckon the players like playing for MP at all unless the all like it nice and cosy without having to get down and dirty and MP gives them licence to do that.

Unless losing has no consequence you can say anything you want about a manager.

Cant agree we've been very consistent....poor that is. Only flashes of brilliance has seen us through these recent matches. Spurs will pick us off and win comfortably.
 
its gonna be a tough game. Take a draw now, but hope for 3pts. But im afraid with the form we are in at the moment i have no big hope.....hope im wrong....
 
We have Pellegrini as manager so even with Sterling as our only fit 'playmaker' (cough) we'll continue setting us up as tho he thinks we're peak Barca

Another embarrassing defeat and probably Utd on our heels come monday
 
The thing that concerns me most is the work rate. Leicester out worked us in every department yesterday. Why I read the papers today we covered as a team less miles than any other team in the division. Yesterday Tottenham covered more miles than Leicester. That worries me.

Spurs play very high tempo at home week in week out. Next week is a different game.

I agree completely though, Leicester were first to every ball and their whole team moves up and down as a unit for 90 mins. Could not believe my eyes how much ground Kante and Drinkwater covered, very fit players.

Our lack of tenacity in claiming both first and second phase ball has been our main downfall this season (Demichelis and Otamendi the biggest offenders). Nobody in our back 4 other than Kompany seems to want the ball.
