Imagine sharing a dressing room with his beaming face absolutely buzzing off his own personal meaningless glory when the rest of you have not won fuck all all season, the season before last or before that one too. I used to work in sales and sometimes there would be teams I'd lead that would be in the lowest scorers for the office or region that month and no one was happy about it - tell you what the team was less happy about, the smug **** who was the only one getting sales in a team of failures. Usually this person would move on to better teams - he needs to move on at this point and at least try to appear as something slightly more exciting.

Good points

Kane might have the scoring records for spuds and England but he has never experienced at Agrueooooooo or Gundogan moment

I noticed last night (once again) pretty much every time he was in sight of the goal he went for personal glory, like it never even crossed his mind that he had teammates in better positions. It's as if he sees the headlines before the ball hits the back of the net.

They could literally hire anyone and it would be a disaster. Zinedine Zidane? Disaster. Pep? Disaster. Ancelloti? Disaster

Yeah, like don't get me wrong - that goal on its own would not outweigh the consistency of being a top scorer each season but they both require one another with the important goal maybe having more glory attached. Who has he even scored all these goals against, aside from us when they have their cup final.

He might just score a World Cup winner, but on reflection probably will not.

If he does then I'll happily watch him present MOTD in years to come as I talk about how he's the greatest we've ever seen because of all the goals he's scored!
