It’s amazing that it is the only line of work where you can be sacked for incompetence and get paid up fully and seemingly get another job in the industry without any problems

Not true if you are at the top in most business you get paid to move on, that's why the country is a mess.
Even our local council paid of the top four for being crap. Happens all the time if not paid of given a great reference to leave instead of being sacked

Football in the premier has moved on since poch was sacked a lot of teams, teams with less money than spurs play better football than when poch was their last! Poch must be desperate to go back because we know you never go back!

I agree the useless twats are moved on or promoted but not technically sacked. In my experience when I was on BT the useless ones were promoted whilst the ones who could do the job properly were nearly always overlooked and just got on with it

Spurs have a manager with the right winners mentality and passion there but the rest of the club doesn't match it

Conte will move on and win trophies before spurs do..
