Seems we are being linked with some Palermo striker, Suarez, Bellamy & Joe Cole.
I'm not sure how Cole will fit into our midfield, or if he'll play on the left, that leaves the question where does he play Bale? He might go left back and Ekotto will be dropped.
Another thing is that Modric likes to come in from the left too, so it's tricky to pick a line up. We have so many midfielders it's unreal, we also signed Sandro from Brazil too, who's meant to be a better version of Palacios (who was dropped for our last 5-6 games for Hudd/Modric in the middle) There seems to be so many midfielders as I said, which might make me believe we could play some sort of 4-5-1 or 4-4-1-1 next season perhaps.
I think because it's our first game we'll be very fired up for it, so will the fans. The last game we played City at home, City were dreadful, so they'll need a kick up the arse if they play like that again. If I remember right that was Hughes' last game.
Will be interesting to see which team Bellamy is on. Good luck for the game, but not too much luck ;)

I used to love watching Kinkladze play, shame there aren't players like him and Gazza around these days, the ones who can take people on with skill, without the need for pace
I was against signing Bellamy from West Ham, but wished we had of done. Keane went down the pan fast, whereas Bellamy always put in a shift for City, unlike Robinhio. Is he being sold by the way?
