Doping still happens, we only need to look at the positive tests for Vini Fantini at the Giro to see that, but I don't believe it's anything like as widespread or in the quantities it once was. Wiggins I very much believe is clean; Froome I really want to believe is also clean but at the moment I'm not convinced.

It's often forgotten how stringent Cycling are though in comparison to other sports. Thomas Berdych last week described the testing in Tennis as a complete joke, with Djokovic saying he hadn't been blood tested for 6 or 7months. How often did we read about footballers getting cortisone injections, that would be a failed test in cycling. What Contador was banned for shows how strict they're prepared to be in comparison.

Let's not let this thread get bogged down in doping talk though.

You're right. Froome probably would've liked him there - it's nothing to do with him. It was Brailsford's decision.

Did I? I thought I was stating a fact that people didn't believe Armstrong was doping. If you want to put words in my mouth about what you think I was implying, that's on you.

Seriously, if you have fuck all to contribute to the thread other than tedious innuendos and trolling, could you possibly leave it to those who actually do enjoy cycling, and are genuinely interested in what's going on?
Because for someone who doesn't like cycling, you are spending a lot of time and effort ruining a thread meant for those who do.
