For those unable to open the link it says:

The panel were also asked to review an incident involving Manchester City’s Yaya Toure during the game against Norwich City on Saturday 8 February 2014. In this instance, the panel were not of the unanimous decision that it was an act of violent conduct.

What is the procedure, who actually asks the panel to review incidents?
The FA or PL, presumably. And not forgetting Maureen, of course.

That's just bloody typical. ..city ruining football ;)

That's a relief. There wasn't much in it, but the media and Mourinho were trying to influence their decision.

Toure needs to stop these acts of petulance though.

Good that should wind up Moaning Maureen, abhorrent little tw*t that he is - I think he's such an arse becasuse he wanted to be a top professional footballer but ended up being a translator!!!

He needs to stop with the childish outbursts, suppose that's who he is and we can't change that, hopefully this makes him think a little before doing something similar!
Great news that he isn't getting a ban though, we kind of need him, for the next few games especially!

It would help if Pellegrini stopped asking him to an almost impossible job in a two man midfield against the top teams - I think it's extremely frustrating for him .... Alight in this case Norwich not a top team but we were struggling for midfield cover ...

Agreed. He does seem to have this childish , ''toys out of the pram'' streak in him when things aren't going brilliantly. I was of the opinion that Carroll deserved his ban as, although he made fuck all contact with Flores, the intent was there and THAT is an offence. Well; Yaya certainly didn't accidentally kick Van Wotsit on saturday. So, if we're looking for consistency in refereeing, we can count ourselves lucky that Yaya didn't get a ban.
