Toure kick out - no ban (update p30)

Just seen it again on Sty Sports News and while it's obviously a deliberate kick, IMHO, it's probably no more than a yellow.

And it has to be worthy of a red card for the FA to take action, from what I understand.

Agreed, except that, as has been pointed out by several posters in the Carrol thread - it is the intent that counts.

If he did it deliberately and with intent then, if rules are applied consistently then he should have had a ban. Simple.

That said I am delighted that he hasn't been handed one, and it makes a real change for City to be beneficial of the corruptness and incompetency of the Football Authorities - but I do hasten to add that I would hate for us to be castigated as the new Man Utd.

Got away with yet another media lash out at us. They have all highlighted Yaya's incident but, other than today, i'd not seen or heard about Bellamy's anywhere! Yaya's was no more than a yellow card anyway, the player feels the slightest touch and rolls around to make it seem like he's been stamped on! Yaya does need to stop his acts of petulance though, he won't be so lucky next time. I so hope he has a stormer against them on Saturday just to shut that whinging moron up for once!
He also got the ball kicked out of play and wasted more time made a miraculous recovery as soon as the game stopped he forgot as well that he started it with his elbows all over the place Yaya was wrong and needs to learn it could easily be deemed an red by the panel

For those unable to open the link it says:

The panel were also asked to review an incident involving Manchester City’s Yaya Toure during the game against Norwich City on Saturday 8 February 2014. In this instance, the panel were not of the unanimous decision that it was an act of violent conduct.

I wonder who voted against it

It could have been all 3.

Where does Maureen go when Chelski fuck him off? The dipper fans hate him, Manure don' want him and no we all think he's a king prick.

Might think he's clever now but is pissing all over his chips.

All the detail, names of the panel and how they voted, should be posted on the FArce website. Until you get that kind of transparency the system will not have the support of the majority within the game.

if van wolfswinkle hadnt have rolled all over the place feigning injury then nothing would have been said of this. thats how much of a joke the incident was. no one is mentioning the rooney kick out yesterday cos richardson stayed on his feet and carried on with the game. only if he'd have acted the same as that soft arse norwich player would it have been reported in the media.
