Towns & Cities that are F----d.

No, I think England is fairly unique in that concept. Unfortunately it's being eroded in England as it's often seen as seperating the rich from the inner City scum, shame as I think it's a great idea
UK context: Greenbelt is/was more to separate the commuter belt from the outer suburban sprawl, some of which became ghettoised to house lower income people in the post-war rebuild.
Of course many inner city areas are now gentrified and expensive, forcing out the marginalised. In some cases forcing them out into distant and different towns.

That really is some witness relocation program you’re on.

I live in a shithole surrounded by lots of other little shitholes with the odd affluent area dotted around.

I love the majority of people in this town. The food bank set up to help others even less fortunate than lots of people already on the breadline is just one example of how folk are willing to help out despite their own problems.

Just a shame the powers that be can't be arsed helping and are happy for the rot to continue whist the hardest hit do more to salvage it all than they ever would.

Used to be lovely till those fucking Pirates moved in.

Check out Teton Valley
Popping over he Tetons is our alternate for Jackson, so it’s too close to the WY border to count for Idaho snow! And, where’s the big lake effect?

You do get your share of snow, but IIRC it’s mainly cold dry “rain shadow” area snow, not the heavy, wet lake effect soup!
