Trains Back After Wembley Will Be ''Dry''

Was not planning on drinking till after the game and was looking forward to a few drinks on the way back hopefully celebrating a victory. Suppose that plan has been scuppered now so I will have to start getting wankered on the way down.
 
If the police could get away with it they'd ban supporters from attending the game to make their job easier.

that you haven't seen the various court cases GMP (and other forces) have been found to be in the wrong when they've done pretty much that?

Do some Googling. Makes you realise the contempt the police have for football fans. It's a two-way street is respect...

jib the train down : after game stock up at offie : nick a car and get pissed whilst driving home : just dump car when back in Manchester
 
So is Twitter post saying it's OK to take your own alcohol to drink on the way down? Or are they just selling it on board?
