Transferring a ticket

Got myself and the old man a Napoli ticket, he can’t go anymore but I have no option other than to donate or exchange it.

Is the club fucking serious, I either have to exchange both tickets and they might not even sell or I have to go alone, unable to use his ticket for somebody else.

Hate the direction we’re heading in, I don’t think I’ll go to CL games after this, debating fucking off my season ticket next year too, if this is how they treat us.
Mate of mine can't go last minute, has just transferred to a city fan and member but the member can't add it to his wallet. So i presume he can't use it. So it will be an empty seat tonight when somebody could use it. If this is right City are fucking idiots.

I gave my brother my ticket for the Tottenham game as I couldn't go, the way I did it was give him my login details go to manage my tickets and he can download it direct to his wallet from there

I get that but the lad that can't go has already transferred the ticket to the other member so the member can only access the ticket through his own account now.

Tell him to try and go to manage my tickets, then to memberships, it should appear in there and then download to wallet, may work may not, worth a try

After spending 45mins on the dedicated Napoli ticket line ive put the phone down. Mrs 2112 has given her ticket to him and so i'll just swipe him in. Like me she's getting fed up with it all.

As an OSC member at an age and distance where tickets for an occassional game was near impossible apart from Wembley unless with a hospitality package, the changes mean disenfranchisement of so many loyal legacy supporters. The rail deals have also disappeared.

A life saver was a fellow member passing on their season card unable to make the 500 mile round trip - now to be penalised - if at all possible. Similarly places restricted like the Bluemoon ticket forum.

As a supporter of over 60 years, no longer having links to Manchester, it seems I am unlikely to watch a game again at the Etihad.

Absolutely chuffed that I called time on my seasoncard this year. After countless years it was a tough decision, but I knew the minimum requirement of attendance was currently beyond me and if I had kept it, I would be hamstrung in trying to transfer it, only then to be forcibly downgraded to a pretend seasoncard next year!

It was clear to me that this was the way the club wanted to go. EVERY single decision is made around maximum extraction of revenue. They are not remotely bothered about loyalty, but are obsessed with commercial returns around your seat. I feel sorry for those who persisted, and even joined cup schemes, believing their loyalty was appreciated by the club, because it wasn't and isn't.

How does it even work this season, transferring a ticket is just greyed out, I want to transfer the Bournemouth game as I can’t go, to a mate who has a season ticket. He’s shifting his so he can sit in my seat.

You can't transfer to another season ticket holder as the club deem them to already having a ticket.

I can’t even transfer it to my brothers account and he doesn’t have one but does have a city membership - I press transfer and then it’s greyed out from there.

Why do they make everything so difficult.

You’ve made your choice and you are welcome to it. There’s no need to feel sorry for anyone who continues to love watching City.

Transferring of tickets normally starts 7 days before the match

Cannot transfer for Oct/Nov games until Friday 10th October

Anyone having problems transferring ticket for tomorrow to a strongly linked member. They have a star against their name which is clearly stongly linked

They need to have a paid membership or be one of your 3 nominated non members. Or be a ST holder not on the cup scheme and not already assigned a ticket to their supporter number.

Whether they are strongly linked or not is irrelevant I’m afraid.

Tried to transfer my ticket for Liverpool to my lad. Said I couldn't transfer to that person.

He's a kid and it's an adult ticket but Ive done it before.

So not sure why I cant transfer to him.

So if the ticket is transferred to a season ticket holder who is on their F&F list & isn't on the cup scheme & doesn't have a ticket for the game.......can the emailed ticket be forwarded on?

If you transfer to a ST holder their pass is updated so no email is produced. Same if you transfer to a paid membership. Only if you transfer to a nominated non member is an email produced.
