Whatever. There is only one call and it is transcribed there for to you read. That's the whole call. Claim what you like, thank god your opinions aren't available as evidence.

Btw, you forgot the codes of THug LIfe!? You should know them, the teach you how to be a righteous banger! Did you forget how the BLoods and CRips signed on to THug LIfe?

Im sure you weren't even born yet.

Here's a quick CUt and Paste, just for you

Code OF THUG LIFE:

1. All new Jacks to the game must know: a) He’s going to get rich. b) He’s going to jail. c) He’s going to die.

2. Crew Leaders: You are responsible for legal/financial payment commitments to crew members; your word must be your bond.

3. One crew’s rat is every crew’s rat. Rats are now like a disease; sooner or later we all get it; and they should too.

4. Crew leader and posse should select a diplomat, and should work ways to settle disputes. In unity, there is strength!

5. Car jacking in our Hood is against the Code.

6. Slinging to children is against the Code.

7. Having children slinging is against the Code.

8. No slinging in schools.

9. Since the rat Nicky Barnes opened his mouth; ratting has become accepted by some. We’re not having it.

10. Snitches is outta here.

11. The Boys in Blue don’t run nothing; we do. Control the Hood, and make it safe for squares.

12. No slinging to pregnant Sisters. That’s baby killing; that’s genocide!

13. Know your target, who’s the real enemy.

14. Civilians are not a target and should be spared.

15. Harm to children will not be forgiven.

16. Attacking someone’s home where their family is known to reside, must be altered or checked.

24. Know the Code; it’s for everyone.

25. Be a real ruff neck. Be down with the code of the Thug Life.

26. Protect yourself at all times..

......yep, that has nothing to do with a life of crime, right? C'mon, stop acting the fool.

And again you twist the truth Trayvon was never a gang banger and using the argument that the Crips and Bloods signed up for it is like me saying the swastika is to blame because Hitler used it for evil even though it was initially a religous symbol. Just because a negative element take something positive and twist it for their own agenda does not mean that the initial thought was bad.

I wonder why you are eager to paint Trayvon as some sort of criminal who got what deserved when he was simply buying childrens treats? Why are you posting Crips and Bloods rules when the boy was not a gang banger? You are trying to link two things which have absolutely nothing to do with each other.

I don't even know why you're bothering. This guy is a fucking grade A scumbag. A heartless fucking scumbag. Unarmed kid gets shot - holy fuck the guy might have done smoked some weed and posted a shit picture on his Facebook, and he's only interested in trying to be proved right on an internet forum - and failing utterly in his attempt. With regards to Trayvon, at least he didn't have racist MySpace rants and talk about his troubles with the law as Zimmerman did.

Not very CoC-y. Maybe he believes what he is actually saying but you are so convinced of your own opinion that you are unable to see anyone else's view?

Asshole, what are you talking about? Tupac himself wrote that code and he went to that famous summit and Tupac convinced them both to sign it! No one twisted it up, it is what it is. Romanticize all you like, real recognizes real, and your ass is fake.

I didn't accuse Trayvon Martin of being a banger, but much like you I do believe he romanticized the life.

Tell me again how I don't know what IM talking about! You wanted to educate me on Thug LIfe, but you clearly understand little.

Trayvon should have gone home. He chose to hang around and starts a fight. That was his choice, and considering that the conceal and carry law is in place and the stand your ground law, it is sheer stupidity to confront someone who may be carrying a firearm. He had a chance to go home, but he made a really stupid decision to start a fight.

His hand prints are not on the gun, so it wasn't struggled over. He didn't see that gun until it was to late. He probably thought Zimmerman was an easy target, because he definitely wasn't worried.

Report me then.

Right, so this guy paints Trayvon as 'thuglife' on account of some Twitter/Facebook pictures (one of which turned out to be fake anyway - a different Trayvon Martin) and that the guy smoked weed, and yet doesn't treat Zimmerman's MySpace racist rants about Mexicans pulling knives on him, his criminal charges on assaulting a police officer, and the restraining order because of domestic violence in the same way? Yeah, the guy's totally unbiased isn't he? There's not an ounce of remorse for a tragedy. Whether you think the guy is guilty or not it's a tragedy and he shows not one bit of sympathy instead choosing to represent the affair in a wholly myopic way, and, more disgustingly, I think he's doing it because of his internet ego.

Course I won't report you, it's just you can usually debate a point without resort to insults.

I don't see why he should show remorse when he had nothing to do with the incident to be honest. He is no more myopic than some of the proponents of the opposite argument, but you choose to ignore this for what reason? That they share a similar feeling to the one you do? I certainly don't think his view is worthy of being called a grade A scumbag though and I have no great love for him.

FWIW as I know you are probably wondering, I do think the incident tragic and could have been avoided if either or both parties had acted differently, it will be interesting to see the verdict.

Why would I feel remorse? I'm not responsible for what happened.

I said MR Thuglife in an offhand way, because he had to be a tough guy when he could have just went home.

The whole THugLIfe argument is just an aside for DIdactic.

You keep stating this but you have not a shred, not a shred, of evidence to back up your claims that the guy stuck around. You have only Zimmerman's statements after the fact i.e. after he'd shot him and needed a defence. In the 9/11 call Zimmerman clearly says Trayvon is running away.

Yeah, if either or both parties had acted differently. However, ZImmermans actions are not illegal. He can follow, observe, even accost him with questions of WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE????!!!!!, and that's all fine. He has the right to do that. It is not cause for assault.

In other words, he did nothing outside of his rights granted to him by law. Trayvon on the other hand chose to assault someone for following him.

Who's guilty?

Chosen not to confront Zimmerman, if his statement is to be believed.

You guys are so damn certain that this is more than an unfortunate series of events and bad decisions.

I'm not.

Listen carefully, you have not a shred of evidence to back up your claims. At most you have evidence that Zimmerman lost a fight. You have no evidence who started it and at any rate, IF Trayvon DID start it, it was after having been followed and Trayvon can claim self-defence. In fact, Trayvon may have been assaulted first if you believe his girlfriend's claims (which are the only ones available). If you don't believe them then we have no evidence at all of who assaulted who. What you may not be aware of assault doesn't entail actual violence, that's battery, assault means a person having a well-founded fear of immediate violence: <a class="postlink" href="http://www.leg.state.fl.us/statutes/index.cfm?App_mode=Display_Statute&Search_String=&URL=0700-0799/0784/Sections/0784.011.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.leg.state.fl.us/statutes/ind ... 4.011.html</a> Could Trayvon claim to have that fear having being followed by someone much older and heavier? Of course he could, and traditional self-defence demands that you retreat first, which Trayvon did, by everyone's testimony, including Zimmerman's.<br /><br />-- Mon May 28, 2012 8:29 pm --<br /><br />

I stopped reading there from your posts your views on a certain element of society are very clear. You have turned this from someone who was walking home and then followed by a stranger and tried to defend himself. To him waiting around to start and fight then getting killed in process. Oh dear PM try to be a little more subtle with your bias.

Also interesting is how you have neglected to mention Zimmerman and his issues with police or his very racist postings which showed he clearly has an issue with black people. It is all Trayvons fault who has no criminal records just your word that he "romanticized" the life. Because he wore hoodies, baggy jeans and may have smoked weed. Something MOST teenagers do.

Ska is right there is no point even trying to debate with you because your opinion is based on stereotypes and not facts.

You two, seriously, consider clown college, youre laughable.

Truly, the hypocrisy is astounding.

Why didn't MArtin make it home? He's an athlete, he's young, he could easily have outran the older, overweight Zimmerman. But he didn't.

Zimmermans laborious breathing can be heard clearly on the tape. It's also clear when he stops following, because the heavy breathing lessens as he being asked questions about who he is and where he will be when the cops arrive.

A 4 minute phone cal, btw. So why didn't TRayvon make it home? 4 minutes is plenty of time.

The trouble is, Zimmermans account seems the more likely compared to your hypothesis.

Comedy, you're now taking a hypothetical and dismissing his own 9/11 call that Trayvon ran!

It isn't clear he stopped following at all. Read the transcript that your posted! Get the police to call me back when they get here so I can tell them where I am. If he'd gone to the mailboxes like they'd said, or stayed in his car, he'd have no need to get them to call. They'd know already where he was! Clearly he followed, from his own 9/11 call.

Well if it was the truth then it was the truth. However that sits with you.
