I guess he's referring to the fact that the Queen used her powers to exempt her employees from race discrimination legislation. Something that still applies today.

There was quite a lot of discussion behind closed doors in the 60s/70s when the legislation was being brought in, where the Palace admitted they had a policy of not employing "coloured immigrants" in any roles apart from cleaners.

Total madness. Even if he believes it, which seems strange enough, why would he tweet it out? Is he deliberately trying to upset millions of people (of all races and creeds)? His media career is over because the sponsors and advertisers of Talksport will just pull the plug tomorrow and his bosses will have to take action to protect their brand.
