We (the North East Blues OSC) have been looking at doing something along these lines...given the connection we have.
We were looking at the wording "Shoulder to Shoulder" below the names Adler & Sweeney separated by Toon crest. If you want me to help or liase with NUFC/ get banner sent up here so it can get hung the day before, PM us.

Think the Banner is a great idea. The wording Shoulder to Shoulder not so sure. May be it is just me but it sounds like we are tagging onto something. Cant find the picture or link but in the way some United fans has a banner about 9/11 with the words United in Grief with a mention of 1958 in there

Very fitting.....contributions from fellow fans required, if so please count me in.

Brilliant idea and whilst it doesn't mention the others that died, we of course will remember them but in a footballing context those two were making a huge effort to follow their team abroad so deserve their own special mention at this game. If it had happened to City fans and Newcastle did the same then we would be very moved and I think the banner is brilliant. Best to liaise with Newcastle fans and possibly we can let them know of our plans when we speak with their fans forum to get "opposition view".
