No it isn't. Read the rest of the thread. It's a law that seats have to be provided for all spectators at Premiership & Championship grounds. It was also a legal requirement that grounds are licensed by their local authorities. However the suggestions as to what was allowable are just that, suggestions. It's the local authority that sets licensing conditions so standing at matches is against ground regulations but it's not against the law.JOGAMIGMOG said:It's PERSISTANT standing which is against the law mate.
