Actually still drunk? You need to get drinking water/coffee etc. Tell people you’re unwell and maybe go to the toilet for as long as you can get away with it

It’s a horrible feeling, paranoia that everyone else knows you're still pissed. The problem for you is whilst still drunk you are probably feeling ok but the hangover is in the post. As the booze wears off you will feel like shit, couple of beers after work used to do the trick for me, then off home early to bed. There’s no cure for you, just a really horrible day to endure, sorry.
