Depends on signalled intent and road positioning between the 2 cars at the point of exiting the roundabout.

If its simultaneous exit, car 2 is essentially cutting across the path of car 1, irrespective of signalled intent.

If you're turning right on a roundabout you must position yourself in the right hand lane. Left hand lane is for going straight on.

Yellow car approaches in wrong lane blue car should be moving over ready to exit as they go past straight on junction. So would say yellow is wrong.

Depends on the road markings and signage as you approach the roundabout.

Plus the road markings ON the roundabout.

However, that said, Car 2 must be aware of moving into the path of Car 1 as it exits the roundabout too, so just too unclear to say for certain.

I’m guessing Car 1 couldn’t be arsed waiting in the queue in the right hand lane and was a German made car ;-)
Do we get an answer today or is it currently being looked at by both parties insurances?
I’m interested who won
