TV channels for pre-season friendlies?

When I click on my Sky box and go to Wednesday at 7 it says live MLB Indians @ Royals.

When I go on the BT website and look online at there tv guide it does say Bayern v Manchester City.

Virgin Media still showing Major League Baseball but it is clearly out of date the BT website Bayern v City 7:15 start

Yep. For anyone with the BT Sport app you can scroll over to Wednesday and the game is listed on BT Sport 1, from 7:15pm - 9:45pm.

I expect Rio, Owen, McMinimum and co will be queuing up for this one.

For Blues in North America it looks like the Bayern match will be on ESPN Deportes (Spanish language) way up the dial. I would guess it will as such be available for streaming via ESPNs app, though I couldn't confirm that. Unfortunately ESPN Deportes is not offered in HD on my cable system so I will probably go the streaming route.

EDIT: Got my Deportes mixed. Bayern match on Fox Deportes and our other friendlies on ESPN Deportes.

Do we assume City tv for the 2 games will be a live stream via YouTube/ the OS?
General rule of thumb is anything owned by City, Citylive or Pepfest is relatively cheap to broadcast as done in-house. Friendlies likely to be website only to a)encourage traffic to new site and also get over excessive costs/broadcaster fee/youtube fee's - Bayern/Rags/Arsenal also have to be factored in. They might bid for exclusive TV coverage etc. You wonder if it's worth the effort, but we are strangely addicted to what is a training match
