I was hoping that kind of behaviour was more a thing of the past now with more networks getting directly involved in commissioning stuff. A few years back it was rife, I didn't even bother watching anything new for ages because likely it would just disappear without any conclusions. If we get back there then not a lot of point in trying to go the above board route and pay for such services.

Mindhunter hasn’t been cancelled just put on a hiatus whilst Fincher works on his other projects. It’s annoying as it’s one of my favourite shows and I want more ASAP but it’ll be back in due course. Netflix are usually very good at giving new shows time to find an audience, there’s not many of their exclusives that get canned early unless they’re complete flops both in the reviews and viewing figures.

It’s by Julian fellowes, man behind Downton Abbey, and the inception of the football league. My mate is Ben Batt, extremely talented and making big strides after a number of years treading the boards, really proud of him, obviously, but destined for big things... you’ll probably recognise him from Shameless (if you watched), his partner is Becky (played Karen in the show)..

Was some of that filmed around Altrincham? They were filming in Stamford Park for a Netflix production a while ago and that name sounds familiar. Ithink one of the cast had broken their arm or something and they had to do some re-shoots
