TV Series

Trigger Point .. the only seat it keeps me on the edge of is the toilet one. Vicky McClure will not have a problem learning her lines...

I didn't mention Heron. If I mentioned "writer", that would be different.

I mentioned the 'writing team' which should indicate the scripting writing and production team with lack of oversight to quality, such was the implication of my post.

Yes that was my point! You were asked if it would put you off a show adapted from one of Herons other books, I was just pointing out to the poster that asked you it that Heron isn’t involved in writing the tv scripts.

It read like you were implying I thought Heron was the show writer.

No, it doesn't really get any 'better'. Those that enjoy it will enjoy it more or enjoy more of the same. I like it all. But if it hasn't gripped you by now, nothing in it will really change to make it suddenly more appealing. Unlike other shows that start slow and build up.

To be fair to @chesterbells, he wrote "Heron adaptation" which, 95% of the time means other writers adapting a work for the screen. I took it as such and so responded to that assumption.

So it might be you, Melton, that misread things.

It was misread and misjudged along the way.

Task have to stick with it…..first 2 episodes I struggled with but got a lot better 7.5/10
