It's pretty good, IMO, but gets repetitive after a few seasons.Mr daughter recommended Mr Robot to me. It has 8.5 on IMDB
Anyone on here watched it, and if so is it any good?
Absolutely gripped by the first two episodes. Haven’t got ITVX so have to wait until Sunday.Playing Nice on ITVX.
Really good.
First 3 episodes are dynamite. Felt the final episode lost its way a bit.Absolutely gripped by the first two episodes. Haven’t got ITVX so have to wait until Sunday.
Its all true.Just finished Say Nothing. I thought it was very good. Explained a lot of stuff that I never understood. But how much is actually true I don't know.
I think if you put aside what was really true it was a good story about how people's are shaped and very often change over time.
It also shows the importance of the truth to those directly hurt by something. Whereas to others the truth in their eyes could be potentially lethal to the wellbeing of the wider community.
In any case long live peace up there.
Re-watching the first season of True Detective. It’s arguably the greatest single season in the history of television.
Chefs table ?The Madness [2024, USA] - with Colman Domingo as a writer/TV presenter, watched the first episode which is a very watchable and slick conspiracy thriller with elements of No way out/Fugitive.
The Agency [2024, USA] - espionage thriller, basically workings of CIA London desk, I think it is much better than I read in mixed reviews
I had to re-watch with my wife Slow Horses S01 over Xmas, didn't like it so much this time.
But my guilty pleasure is watching Netflix Chef's Story series.
