TV Series

After rewatching Severance on Apple TV I spotted a few more shows that promoted themselves (but after quick review search didn't entice me any further.
But Silo is getting some good reviews - anyone seen it....or anything else stand out on Apple TV (would like to get my money's worth before I consider ditching)?
I didn't know they'd made a series on them, I loved the Hugh Howey books. I quite liked his Sand series too.

Finally made it through series 3 of The Mandolorian.

The visual effects continue to dazzle, but the characters and story are so dull. Fell asleep during at least 4 episodes. I also feel like the bosses at Disney forced the return of Grogu and now he’s shoe-horned into every episode to gurgle in a cute way and sell a few toys (and that’s coming from a Disney fan).

Andor showed how good a Star Wars TV series could be, but all the others so far have been a few levels below this.

The Mandalorian is brilliant.

Fully agree with all of that, Andor almost feels like an outlier.

It does feel like it ran out of steam a bit in the last series. But then the Luke Skywalker bit at the end of series 2 was so bloody good that easing off the gas a bit probably made narrative sense, otherwise they'd be trying to out-do that all the way through

Agree, it has not been as good as previous series and have not actually finished it yet because of that, but it seems to have become the Bo katan show now. A spin off to dive deeper into her character might have been better. The side story from episode 3 felt more like Andor, which was a bit strange shoe horned into the mandalorian. Could not get into Andor myself, it was OK but did not feel like Star Wars, took itself a bit too serious

It's getting good reviews.
I'm two in and the jury still out.
I may really start to appreciate it over time (like I did with Andor) or abandon ship/silo.
