I loved this. Despite wanting to give up, it's 6 or 7 episodes of "what the fuck is going on, I don't understand any of it" and then suddenly - wow. Well worth watching IMO, in fact I have watched the whole season twice and understood it much more second time around.

I'd agree with that, strangely watchable, to be honest I sat through the whole season thinking wtf is going on. I still have questions that need answering, 2nd season better get answering them. Some of the acting is brilliant.
