Nothing new in what he's saying - clubs should spend what they earn.

Good job the rags have earned enough to pay the near £500m in charges, interest, finance fees and "consultancy" to the Glazers they've paid out since 2005.

Any idea what their debt currently stands at, what stage their flotation in the Far East is at and where they got the £200m for the PIK notes settlement?

Hahahahahah Fucking French Cock!

Completely not arsed what they say...How can any corrupt organisation decide if a business owner puts money into his own business to assist with losses!! Fucking hilarious and laugh my bollocks off when I hear him bleating on about it.

PLATINI: We are looking at the accounts and we will see what we can do."

What exactly has he got in mind? Why not just come out Michel and put into the rule book that teams that are called Paris St. Germain or Manchester City are banned from winning Euro trophies.

Don't seem to recall a similar threat when he was playing for Juventus, or St. Etienne.

Typical bloody politician who is determined to tell us what is good for us and what we should be having. The sooner he and Blatter vanish from the confines of the Universe, the better for the whole of humanity, let alone football.

It'd be funny in a hypothetical situation where four cash rich sides win the league in four of Europe's top divisions:

England: City
Spain: Malaga (unlikely but this is hypothetical)
France: PSG
Italy: Roma

And not one met FFP regulations. They'd have to rename the Champions League to the Runners Up Cup.

he,s fucking deluded
if city win the prem(the best league in the world)and are not allowed in the chimps, the chimps becomes tainted, no prem champions, his competition would be fucked and probably cause a breakaway chimps league, leaving him with fuck all, cant see it really.

Rags, Chelski and Dippers all failed to meet FFP last year as well, maybe the '5th place cup' is more accurate!

Funny when talking about Man City and our players we always get there transfer fee quoted!! Yet any other club and no mention of price tags, they also don't mention the amount (£) of talent Man U had on the field on Sunday. Talk about rigging the leagues so only the same teams can win it year in year out, maybe Twattini should be investigated into the possibilities of taking back hander’s from the big clubs or even involvement in betting cartels!! That should keep the **** busy for a few years trying to prove his innocence

Nothing new in that the guy is a complete and utter tool.

I can't quite decide whether he's thick as pig shit, or evil. Either way, he should be worried about debt and clubs' ability to service it. Income and outgoings has fuck all to do with (a) making clubs more stable and safer or (b) fairness. Matching spending to income just means the richer clubs get to stay at the top and no-one else has a chance. Any thick c*nt can see that.

Twatini "sorry Mr Mansour-you can't play in the champs league this year"

Mr Mansour "Who wants to play in my competition with a prize fund of shall we say 200 million for the winner - let alone tv monies on top"

pmsl!!!

They could save a lot of bother by just having him killed.

Edit from legal department: Not that I am advocating that of course. ;-)
