You're not callous, you're just normal.Football has been taken over by grief culture. Im not sure weve had a game without a minutes silence this season. Yes, franny and other people who have ties to the club fully deserve the respect and should be honoured at the game, as should other teams honour the passing of people connected to their clubs.
but a minutes silence for israel/gaza? A minutes silence for some swedes killed in belgium? Yes they are awful but what do they have to do with football In manchester? I probably sound callous but i feel football should stick to football.
